What is Cursillo?
Cursillo (pronounded kur-see-yo) is a Spanish word meaning "short course." Cursillo is a full-immersion, spiritually life-changing experience to be lived over the course of three days alongside fellow Catholics who desire to reignite and transform their faith.
Through fellowship, the sacraments, and "short courses" highlighting piety (prayer), study, and action, Cursillo rejuvenates prayer life, offers friendship within a vibrant Catholic community, ignites the Holy Spirit to kickstart personal discipleship, and opens the heart for a deeper love and relationship with Jesus Christ.
